Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums required.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Free Standard delivery takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. We also offer express shipping using USPS or UPS 5 to 10 business days
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Are Folda bags really foldable?
Yes. Every Folda bag is designed to fold flat, making it easy to store, pack, and carry when not in use. It's one of our core design features.
Are the bags waterproof?
Our bags are water-resistant, meaning they’ll hold up well in light rain and daily use. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
Can I send a Folda bag as a gift?
Yes. You can ship directly to someone else by entering their address at checkout. We do not include pricing in our packaging, so it’s gift-friendly.
